I lied...
I'm still effing busy as ever... and my Mom just told me I might have to go up to NY to help my dad out with his dog walking service... He tripped and fell down (well... kinda up) a few stairs in his house... I'm not going to lie... I really don't WANT to go do that.. My dad will have me walking/sitting 3-5 dogs a day and he'll only give me enough money to basically buy food. Nothing in his house is AT ALL veggie friendly, he like... ONLY eats meat (The kind of dad that says chicken and fish are not meat, and tries to sneak broth and gravy into meals thinking I won't know)
I'm not sure if I will go or not. I DO like NY, but... Not when I stay at his house..
Aside from that I've just been super busy with preparations for paganfest, I've been working on drinking horns, making costume armor and belts, I made 3 bags this week (one for the beef jerky we made earlier today)
We've also been looking into the processes of making mead and we want to start that up soon so we can have a batch ready for the fall.
I've also been using my spare time to clear out my work-room (which doubles as a storage room, not I have a good portion to set up my personal space) I've been making tags and putting my insignia on parcel paper and other mailing materials (I'm close to having enough to buy my stamps, then using my stencil will be a thing of the past!)
But yes... I do apologize for my neglect. I have been checking in, but I just haven't had much to share.

And as for your dad, I would take my own food and cook my own stuff at least. That way he can't touch anything of my stuff, like I sometimes do at my house. It works too when I put money payback on it too!
I hope that you have fun at the pegan fest when you go. Thia time I HOPE that you can have pictures, and if not, be expecting this yote to come and take your camera and stuff it in your bag and follloq you around in chibi mode in a pouch and take them myself >:(
I live in a farming area, so veggies are really cheap for me, city prices are outrageous!

But I'm super thankful that I've been able to do so much! I've really put my 'business' out there and although I'm not at a place where I can support myself off it I'm still really proud I've been able to inspire others and pass works around. Very fulfilling :D
but yeah :D it's a wonderful experience and even if you're not necessarily off the ground yet, you're getting yourself out there :3 and that's great! and yeah, like you said, it's good to inspire and be inspired :3 so it's worth it :D
We made 'toilet wine' before XD Well it wasn't legitimate hooch, since we made it in a plastic 5 gallon thing, not a terlet :p
We did the whole grape juice concentrate with fleischmanns baking yeast XD It wasn't... horrible >.>
