It's trace element certified, and is certified not to leave residue after six months application on opaque surfaces, as well as being UV and water resistant up to 12 months. Meets a bunch of crazy specs. It's 3M 8979N if you wanna look it up

I actually had to look this up, and as a duct tape enthusiast, I am surprised I have never heard of it.
So far, the best I have found is the 100 mile per hour tape that the military uses (they even used it to fix choppers back in Nam)
