i am looking to make a slob character because i am slowly gaining more interest in the subject but dont have any characters that would currently fit that fetish. everyone should help me out and suggest animals as well as situations, so i can try to come up with ideas c:
what expected me to say moth? :P
If you want REALLY obscure; shellfish and oysters,normally inanimate objects, leeches, mosquitos (Bugs in general really), giant amoeba/slime/protozoa :B

OH A cow but not the usual jersey or Holestein, a different one with huge slobby leaky udder to boot.
If you wanna go the generally messy route, turkey vultures vomit defensively and urinate on themselves to keep cool, and are generally pretty awesome birds in my opinion (and actually very intelligent and gentle-natured, only very rarely killing anything themselves, and are known to be playful and inquisitive).
Of course, you could also go for irony and pick a species known for being very clean.
