The Trojan was the reason why the antivirus program on Microsoft Essentials was turned off. I am still trying to find out how I got that many Trojans. The IT guy does not know the answer.

Yes, I am notorious for being horrible with technology. Every now and again I keep getting a unresponsive script popping up.

Trojans are actually malware and pack themselves up as programs that seem good to the computer, probably why your computer did not pick them up. a better anti virus is ESET Node 32 its $60 for the year but its solid as a rock i have used it for five years no complaints nocks on wood.

oh i can get past anything on the consumer level. no joke lol
