This turns into a hot mess..
They finally got him. It's truly incredible how police can shut down an entire city and find the bastard hiding in a boat under a tarp. My heart goes out to all the victims of the massacre, their families, and all the law enforcement and first responders who aided in stopping the terrorist. We got him!
