Dude, the LHC is friggin' awesome. But...I dunno if it's really gonna help us too much. Seems like they're just gonna go "hey, look at these data we can't interpret too well!"

True, but pretty much the main mission of the LHC is to detect a Higgs boson and see how the Big Bang went down.

I dunno if anything like that's gonna happen really, but, I'm sure they'll answer it the quantum physics way!

Still, it's a pretty damned amazing thing. If they CAN poduce a Higgs boson, that doesn't mean the big bang'll happen again or nothing ;;;;

A binary-state singularity is something quite dramatically different than a black-hole singularity.

One is two neutrons existing simultaneously in the space of one, and the other is the mass of an entire sun in the space of one neutron.

CERN is trying to discover the subatomic particle theoretically responsible for gravity itself, and frankly, I find it exciting. ^v^
