I used to talk to someone who lied about there brother always beating them up for being gay, i figured it out during a "emergency call" i couldnt hear "his brother" but i could hear him getting hit, which was so easy to tell that it really was him hitting the wall, bed or claps of the hand. i was so mad because i stood up for him and talked back to this un-existing person. a few do things like this for attention and i dont know why, most people are welcoming enough.

Faking cancer is a horrible way to gain sympathy... or to profit off of people's charity... I have no respect for people who do that.

That person is lower than pond scum to fake having any potentially terminal illness just to garner attention. I personally have lost too many people to cancer to stand for such a thing.
