Upgraded Photoshop, I have a question.

So went from using Photoshop Elements 6 to CS5, is anything like using the magic wand tool? Trying to remove the white paper from the scanned image and the quick selection tool doesn't seem nearly as flexible, someone told me I could use Color Range to remove it but so far I haven't been able to figure out how to.

have you tried selecting the paper's color and deleting it?

If your talking about Color Range, how do you delete the chosen color?

You can just press your delete button on the keyboard. Worked for me before
