Awesome Fighter (Call for fighters & other stuff)

OKAY, so like... it started off as a kinda joke thing, but now that I think more into it, the more I like the idea... and I'd like some help.
Awesome Fighter!
It's gonna be a furry Flash fighting game (think Street Fighter). There are gonna be a lot of fighters, however. About 25-30. I've stuck in a few of my characters and designed a few, but I still need a LOT more characters. Like 20 at the minimum.
So I was thinking, "hey, let me see if some kids on FA want their character in a game." So who would like to? You'd keep all the rights and stuff, you'd design a default outfit along with 2 extras, their own fighting stage, theme song for said stage (we'd have to actually make it, though) and lots of various artwork. Oh, and what kinda moves they'd have as well as an awesome final move (think really big with this)! You'd also have to do the voice acting for your character (or find someone to do it, iunno).
It's a lot!
I also want to put in a few odd species of fighters.
The only thing is, I have no idea how I'd find a programmer to help out with the programming. I also don't know when I'll have the time to sit down and work on all the animating. I would also like to get help on the animating (I can do the characters movements, but I fail at special effects and weaponry). It might be a while before production actually starts. And then I need someone to write songs... I've been trying to learn how to work GarageBand, though. :D
I also have the fighting system worked out and statuses of characters (stunned, poisoned, burned, ect). There will also be 5 bosses, one for each level. I have 2 of them designed and they will also be unlockable!
I don't think there'd be any money to be made off of this, but it would be fun, yeah? A furry community project!
OHHHH, and it would be super-sweet if Awesome Fighter got it's own website where you can play the game as well as design a fighter right there, ON SITE! And then play the game with it and play against other peoples. But that's kinda far-fetched, eh? :P
I also want to slap this up on the forums somewhere, but I don't know the proper place to put it.

I also had an idea about making a game once, but that was some kind of demolition/racing game.
Yet I don't have the skills nor patience for such a thing...

An anthro styled Racer/Derby Themed game.
A mix of Jak X, the Flatout series, and NFS (no pimping though)
Story:
The story starts of on an unknown planet (no name, looks like earth).
The colonies there have been torn apart and are left on their own, only a handfull of people are left.
But they didn't survive...on foot...no, these ppl have been busy all their life adapting to the current lifestyle.
These people are all quite the handy folks, they all have their own costumly made ride.
They challenge each other in a Tournament of vehicle demolition, to claim the name "last wanderer"
"the last has all, but nothing, at the same time"
(A simple story, but we don't need anything complicated for a racer)

You could find out a real unique fighting style for digitigrade legs since they are made to push of.

... it's a bird. :D The males are kinda funky looking imho http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped.....hard_Bartz.jpg the females are kinda boring(they are just brown and stuff, good camouflage though unlike the males' feathers).
Albeit I have the strangest feeling that I have seen similar character in an anime or cartoon... but just can't place it. =/ That character might have been a stork though.
I'd also like to help in some way, but dont really know how i could XD.
I have a doubt:I only need to draw(design) the char and someone else will be doing the animations?
also I think I might be able to make my own theme, but i don't think i have time to do more themes.
Also, you have a better chance to find someone interested if the project already shows progress.

They have a help wanted forum, but as I said, you must show progress, and have some game design and the like, before anyone will really bite the hook.

What about the fighting style?
I may not be a programmer, but I am a VERY avid gamer, the kind that analyzes and breaks down every aspect of a game as I play. I may be a pro tester someday.
As far as the story goes, there's not much there. I dunno, I'll have to talk to you.
Either way, I think we should talk personally to kink out the details.
