What kind of help? Resources like books and pictures of it, or ways to understand how it works? What about T-poses of us?

Its easy to teach yourself anatomy. Study the human skeleton and the skeletons of other animals as to be able to incorporate those other animals into a human. Watch how animals move and how people move to be abke to make poses more accurate. If a pose doesn't look right in a drawing it is most likely because it is not possible; if this happens you should try to mimic the motion to see if it can be done. Hope this helps. If you were just looking for ways of drawing that would improve but not make perfect, I could just show you how to make a skeleton for a drawing.
