I think you maybe able to download older versions of Photoshop for free at their site. (two or three versions behind, I think).

If you're looking for Freeware, I suggest FireAlpaca and MyPaint.
If you're willing to pay money (or are a torrent wizard), you should definitely look into Paint Tool SAI.

^^ I actually have the torrents for new photoshop ones >< but trying to install it is so complicated its ridicules. Either Im doing it wrong or my computer is to old. Or both lol. But thank you for the all of the suggestions! I'll have to go look into them.
