It is water weight a first, yes. And you always drop the most in the very first week. But keep at it and those pounds will drop off ^_^

The beginning is always like that...just make sure to follow all those instructions I gave ya and you should be able to keep losing steadily and maintaining it off which is the most important. Good luck! This fat ass will remain so for now xD (its ok, I got a daddy bear look >:3)
