So... apparently I have discovered what I've been doing wrong for the past 3 years of being banned from paypal... something they didn't have the decency to tell me:

I had to submit all 3 forms of identification on the same day.

Yeah. they could've just EMAILED Me about this 3 years ago. but no. they didn't. after posting my last journal, I decided "what the hell can I lose aside from a few brain cells and possible formation of a stress tumor...?" and re-submitted up to date information on all three parts of the form.

I wake up the next morning with an email in my inbox saying my account's restrictions have been removed.

what. the. fuck?
