Sooooo... commissions.. Also I'm not getting art from ANYONE. I keep getting bitched for posting there art. NEWS FLASH..... HAS MY CHARACTERS!!!! Wtf ever... Don't give a fuck. also i got a new phone. its virgin mobile instead of MetroPeice of SHIT. But yeah I'm tired of being bitched at so i just wont have anyone draw Jacob anymore. But that's okay i draw him better than anyone else anyhow.

well, no offense to you Jake, but although your charter was in the piece of art you re-posted, he wasn't the main source of attention... plus, with any other person's art, commissioned or not, you do need to ask their permission first even if your charter is in it... if they used your charter without your permission it's another story all together, but he/she has every right to ask you to remove the picture.

Technically he had no right to use him. Didn't even tell tell me that he was going to on on top of that he didn't give me a link to the pic for a month and gets mad at me for not seeing the pic.

technically he did since you gave him permission when you signed up on the journal, getting mad at you for noting seeing it is his fault, but him asking you to take it down is completely within his rights. i am not sticking up for him, given the choice i'd stick up for you, but i'm telling it as the laws of pragmatism and such say it.
