In my recent submission, I depicted a female furry playfully masturbating atop her bedpost. Sorry my answers weren't as helpful as you're probably looking for, but as you said I don't know how many fellow females will answer you, so I figured you might as well hear from me. And I've found out that I'm quite a rarity among FA-goers -- a virgin who draws porn.

Indeed, the only furniture that I would imagine a dragoness like yourself might encounter would be within a castle or keep that you've recently lain waste to. A lot of possibilities there.
