I'm hands off from here on out. The situation has been handed over to professionals, and they agree that although it wasn't handled exactly perfectly, I didn't do too bad. Either way, he is going to get a lot of help, not just for himself, but for his whole family. I've done the best I can, and so did he.
He was never a burden, or a leech, though it did get very frustrating at times about how hard it was to work with him. That frustration came out, but he interpreted it him to be a moral value judgement against him; he thought I was saying he was bad, or evil, or a waste of space. I never said any of that. I am more frustrated with myself for not being able to do more for him.
What am I doing going for this English degree? THIS is what I should be doing for a living.

You can thank me by one day doing your best to do this for another Furry, and if you can, another Furry after that. Then those two Furries will help two more Furries, then those two help two more each, and so on. Don't reciprocate, pass it on.
