Should i leave the laptop in the hands of my friend who may have the resources to fix the laptop for free??? Or should i go to a highly accreditted and cheap place to fix my laptop while also giving money??? I need answers ASAP. My first priority is the safety of my files, and then the second priority is to get it fixed... what to do.

also about the model of the PC was a Sony VAIO. but saddly I dont have the card model ;o; so will try to keep looking for it~ c:
