Still Taking Submissions

Just a little reminder journal that this group is always taking submissions of JoJo fan work so if you have some you'd like to have featured here feel free to send a note and share.
A few other odds and ends to address:
-The Anime series has ended some time ago. Apologies for not posting updated journals but they weren't spurring much discussion so it was stopped.
-Remember to keep your eyes on Namco Bandai's youtube page this weekend. Cyberconnect2 is holing an event this weekend at an anime festival and will supposedly having a playable build of JoJo All-Star Battle there. With any luck we'll be able to see the most recently revealed characters in action and maybe even have a few more unveiled.
-Excellent news for action figure enthusiasts. As some noticed, Medicos, the manufacturers of the excellent Super Action Statue line of JoJo figures, have announced restocks of formerly discontinued figures of Part 2 characters. We are extremely happy to announce they are expanding that and are releasing restocks of several Part 3 characters as well! The schedule appears to be as follows.
June 2013: Caesar Zeppeli and Kars
July 2013: Young Joseph Joestar
August 2013: Jotaro Kujo (2nd Version)
September 2013: Noriaki Kakyoin
October 2013: Hierophant Green and The World (1st Version)
November 2013: Magician's Red and Dio Brando (1st Version)
December 2013: J.P. Polnareff and Guido Mista with Sex Pistols
It cannot be stressed enough just how great an opportunity this is. Many of these figures have been discontinued for years and now on the second-hand market can command prices nearing if not exceeding $100. If you have even the slightest urge to start collecting JoJo figures this would be the time to start.
This also potentially indicates something else. The restocks of Joseph, Caesar and Kars are no doubt in reaction to the positive reception of the recent anime series. With any luck these Part 3 restocks are an indicator there are plans to start a new anime adaption near the end of the year. One can certainly hope so anyway.
