I am wondering is price gouging illegal cause Comcast is raising the prices to get more money out of us can some one help me out if this keeps up I am gonna lose the services that have been in use since we started using xfinity

Well it really depends on what they are doing, if its a few dollars hike then its nothing to be worried about but if what you are paying for is raised by lets say $20 or $30 then I would consider changing companies.
