TERMS OF SERVICE
KEEP IN MIND: I HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. I WILL NOT DRAW ADULT CONTENT FOR ANY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. PLEASE RESPECT THIS.

REFERRALS & DISCOUNTS
**PLEASE READ!!**
If you are a customer who has purchased a commission from me in the past, you can potentially become what I will call a Referrer, meaning that you have the ability to access discounts! If you refer me to a friend, or someone else who buys a commission from me, and confirms that you referred them to me, the referrer will receive a 25% discount! Referees do not receive discounts unless they, in turn, refer someone. You cannot receive a discount if you are twice removed from the referral (for example, john refers mary. john will receive a discount. mary refers thomas. mary will receive a discount, but not john, because john is twice removed from the scenario.)

You can refer as many people as you like! As long as they purchase something from me (any price point, even chibis and icons count!) you will receive a 25% discount for EVERY referral!

PAYMENT
I take payment upfront, and do not start work until payment is received. I only use PayPal. USD only, please.
First come first serve. I work off a queue. You may hold your slot in my queue for up to three weeks. If someone else pays before you do, they will move up in the queue and I will start work on yours as soon as payment is sent.

REFUNDS
I will only issue refunds during the sketch stage of the drawing process. This means that if I have sent you the cleaned up WIP sketch, and you have given me your okay to continue along and finish it, I will not issue you a refund; instead, I will continue working to make whatever fixes are necessary to make sure you are happy with the product.

I only transfer money from my PayPal and into my bank account after I know you're completely satisfied with what you have purchased. This way, in the event of having to issue a refund, you won't have to wait to get your money back. In other words: I don't actually get paid until I've made sure you have gotten what you are looking for.

If for whatever reason, I feel as though I will not be able to complete the project to your liking, specifications, or to the best of my ability, I will issue you a full refund.

EDITING
I will perform as many edits as necessary if I have mistaken a direction or a detail, or I have made a mistake in anatomy, appearance, etc. Edits that require me to add something additional that was not previously discussed will more than likely result in a fee. Keep in mind that complexity and time are determining factors in how much a commission costs.

I will politely decline to send a .PSD, .SAI or any other file type containing the layers of the work. You will receive a .PNG file.

My signature is not to be removed.

RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
I retain the right to use commissioned works in any sort of portfolio or gallery displaying my work, however, you still retain the rights to your characters and other intellectual property, and will be credited as such, especially with adoptables.

Commissioners are NOT permitted to sell prints, or claim credit of, my artwork. If you use my artwork to promote yourself in some way, you MUST credit me.

Commissioners are permitted, and encouraged to submit my works to their galleries, granted they acknowledge that full credit for the image belongs to myself and provide a link back to the image in my gallery and/or my user page.

I may re-use some sketches rejected by commissioners/canceled by myself for future use, after some heavy editing so they no longer feature your intellectual property.

ADOPTABLES
Once you purchase an adoptable from me, that design is now wholly yours and I do not own any part of it. I reserve the right to use the piece as an example of my work, but, I do not claim to own the design. It is fully your intellectual property and as such, I cannot do anything with that character or design. I will NEVER resell a design after it is sold. Your adoptable will be 100% unique and will never be resold to anyone else.

I ask that you please keep my signature in tact on the reference picture for said adoptable, just so others know where you adopted from. I really appreciate any assistance in advertising, as I am not a well known artist. If you choose to remove my signature, I cannot stop you, and I will not hassle you about it, but please try to be considerate.

You reserve the right to modify your adoptable in any way after you purchase it. You may alter its species, name, sex, gender, color palette; whatever you desire. It is YOUR property. You do not have to ask me if you are allowed to alter it. You do not need to contact me about the design after the purchase is made. Once you pay me for the design, and I accept payment, I revoke all rights for said character and transfer them to you.

GENERAL RULES FOR WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW
I try to be as open and understanding as I can possibly be; there are very few things that make me uncomfortable, and very few things that I will turn down, but let it be known that there are, indeed, a few of these that you should be aware of. I will never, ever, mock you for something you enjoy and would like to see represented; instead, I will simply tell you that it is something that I cannot do and if I can, will try to direct you to someone who can.

I WILL NOT DRAW:
Anything political (I'm sorry; I'm vehement about usually maintaining an outwardly neutral position; though I have my own opinions, I try to keep them out of my work.)
Anything hateful, attacking or scathing toward any individuals, groups, concepts, or anything otherwise will be politely declined!
EXTREME amounts of gore
Pedophilia
Incest
Scat/watersports
Vomit

RULES FOR ART-TRADES
I will accept ANYTHING in return for one of my drawings, as long as I am accepting and participating in a trade. I appreciate all forms of art and thus, I will not discriminate if you would like a drawing from me, but do not draw, yourself. I will accept a short story, a short piece of music, or anything you enjoy creating or think is an equivalent to what I have drawn for you; I will not complain if you put time and effort into something to give to me, as it is only fair!


PRICING FOR COMMISSIONS
Obviously, depending on what you want, the price will differ. I'm trying to keep them as low as I can, while not short-changing myself. I am out of work, because I am physically and mentally disabled. I cannot keep up with conventional jobs; I have tried, and I have failed. As such, I try to keep my prices reasonable for the commissioner, while still allowing myself to receive proper compensation for the time I spend on each piece.

*1/2 constitutes as "half" of the body; anything more than a bust, but less than full body.

Extras:
- Complex or intricate markings or anatomy (multiple sets of wings, complex clothing or jewelry, etc.) will incur an extra charge of $3 US
- Detail shots or additional angles will gladly be discussed and depending on how many/what size they are, will incur an extra charge of a minimum of $5 US each. Small detail shots will be an extra $5, extra full body angles will be an extra $10 apiece.
- One character per reference, please!

I cannot drop my prices below a certain point consistently. Please try to be considerate, again, this is one of my only forms of income.
