oops I'm having anxiety problems

And I decided to rant here since I have a lot less watchers on here than dA so I won't be bothering anyone. (feel free to ignore this ok)
I just have so much problems lately Im so tired of it uugh I had two anxiety attacks today and now I have bite marks all over my arms/hands because of it uugh
All that because I needed new glasses and the woman working there was really rude to me and pushing me and not letting me try the pair of glasses I wanted and she kept bugging me to choose one and I freaked out especially since I have an irrational fear or everything related to eyes so yeaaaah just leave me here to die.

I kind of have a similar fear with the eyes thing and I know anxiety well ahhhhYGEhtrghtyh
You should like-- curl up in a warm blanket with your favorite drink and watch nostalgic movies
and yeah Im doodling and hiding under two blankets, I'm better now, thanks ;_; *hugs back*
