after seeing http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10526779/ I decided to do another story. I have been kicking this idea for a while, but never got to it. if you have an idea on how you want to help me on this feel free to comment and tell me.
the story idea is in a parallel universe when a person turns 18 they are allowed to pick an age that they will live at the rest of there lives, and it can be any age. well out main character messed up and was planning on being 20, but for got the 0 and now is being retrained to be a 2 year old pup. any ideas on how to continue this?

It would make sense, given the importance of this decision to the rest of the person's life that there would be security measures put in place to avoid exactly this kind of scenario, somebody being regressed to a young age accidentally, and whoever engineered this plot to regress your hero to the age of a toddler would have had to circumvent. Circumvention of procedure takes authority, authority leaves a trail of breadcrumbs. Maybe turn your story into a mystery solver, your regressed main character needing to follow this trail, attempting to find the people who did this to him. Something like that.
Anyway, this sounds like a pretty cool idea, if you ever need help with ideas, feel free to drop me a PM.

2. i have an idea for that, maybe there is time travel things in the story, and our main character takes down the government, and they try to stop him
3. i could do that, and all the while his memories are slowly going away until he is nothing but a drooling pup
keep it coming im liking this
(also im updating the story im working on, so yeah)
2) That sounds cool, though I would advise against time travel as a literary device, it almost always leeds to contradictions. Maybe, instead, the character had family involved in a potential revolution with intent to inform your main character at his 18th birthday, hense the need to eliminate him before hand.
3) I think this would seriously ramp up the tention to your story. Maybe have him start to lose motor skills, rational thinking ect. as the story progresses.
