MB#42: US$4.87 an hour

General
Good news is that I have a new job that regularly pays more than US$50 a week.
Bad news is that it is yet another high-volume, high-work-rate packing job.
Worst news is that it pays US$4.87 an hour, worse than the last warehouse job, though that was relentlessly fast and painful for me.
So while I try fruitlessly to get a good job that makes my brain tick happily and still bring in the dollars for the company, I have to yet again wile away my days in highly strenuous and highly repetitive work for low pay...
... just like millions of other humans.

You are right about me not being in the US. Seeing the global audience of FurAffinity, I make sure I use US dollars to express currency, since that is the most commonly used one across borders.
Yes, my wage is below the federal minimum wage in the USA. Still, I understand that it is one for a low-skill low-stress part-time job.
Speaking about the job, I finally went through the first day on the job, and it is surprisingly slow and relaxed! Very good, considering how my body aches from carrying all those encyclopaedia. Any faster and I will be coming home crumpled. I'll write a new journal entry soon.
