I think it's real. The music may, or may not be, but the level definitely is.

I don't think those are real levels because of the placement of the half-way/checkpoint bars.

Oh, no that's what I was talking about. I was trying to say it was a fabricated level with some kind of maker not a level made in the game by the developers.
