GREETINGS EVERYONE!
As some of you may have noticed, in the last year or so I've experienced a most awful kind of artistic rut, and my sketching output trickled down to a scant amount.
What happened you may wonder! A combination of work stress and general life issues that contributed to a lack of artistic inspiration, but that is something I am wanting to change!
I need to build up my drive again. Rev up the art engines! Put the pedal to the metal, and the pencil to the paper (or stylus to the tablet, so to speak)!
This is why I decided to give that ol' Iron Artist Challenge a shot. That'll definitely get them creative juices flowing since I hopefully won't be drawing the same goddamn thing over and over again, and you beautiful people will provide me with all sorts of new things and themes to draw!
After deliberating on what conditions I wish to offer my art for, I have settled for a flat fee of 10bux for a (scanned) pencil sketch per character, and you will have input on the type of pose/theme you're interested in!
Thematically, most of the stuff I'll draw is portrayed in my personal gallery, however if you have some racy ideas I've been too vanilla to have drawn in the past, don't hesitate to ask me about it and we can figure out if I can do it justice. Please understand that there are some themes that I may simply not be comfortable drawing!
Once I knock those sketches out of the way, we can discuss the matter of upgrading your sketch to digital inks and possibly colors for an additional fee, but I want to focus on working my way through the Iron Artist list first if possible!
Or if you'd like to pick up the original sketch at a con we might both be at or have it mailed to you, that's things we can arrange as well!
In order to ensure that my backlog doesn't build up too quickly (god forbid everyone rushes to sign up for a spot), I'll be opening 10 spots on the list at a time. First come, first serve.
