It's not so much a fear of being in public as what might happen with crazies :P I mean ID's is one thing where there will be kids there, I'unno.. I'm being silly :P

I do a lot of various public outings and I have never had anything bad happen.

The worst outcome that I have ever had is that no one is into it and its boring XD

Yupyup, and she's replacing my broken tooth and the one that currently in the muzzle with two fancy new teeth that she got, plus adding that inch of fur on the back like I wanted so you can see up inside the back when I bend over :P

But I'm mostly excited about my new feeties so I can be indoor and outdoor!

I suppose I could, I don't know if Kosair's would be up for something like that but I love Kosair's and have done plenty of charity things for them before.

Within the last, 9 years or so of owning a suit, taking my suit out into meets, outings and even personally by myself I have never run into any negative attention. Quite the opposite actually. You go through a convention and people always stop you to take pictures, this same thing happens in the general public as well. The huge difference between a fursuit that say a well known artist here has made, and say a 10,000 dollar suit made for a baseball team is purely quality. Your suit is extremely unique and waaaaaaaay better looking than most suits you would see the general public using (say advertising for a store). Kids will love you, almost no doubt there. Babies is either love you or freak out. I've found out that it's the 15-18 year old's you need to watch out for, they are generally prone to harassing, even tackling you. However I never had this problem. People are more fascinated with "where this thing came from and what it's doing here, is there some kind of event going on? I must have perfect timing." So i would say, obtain a handler, and go to a mall, or a call a place and ask if you could do that. Most places don't mind because it brings happiness and attention to their store. It's super fun, especially when people get excited and interact with you and they're not furries. It is the whole point of this suiting business after all. Have fun.

Thanks for the advice, I'm still getting used to it, and hopefully nothing negative will come of it.

Not to mention, I always have Jaz around and he's a great handler.
