I hate my feet they hurt so much, I have a plantiplantigrade feet, I mean my sole is totally flat! After several hours of walk I can't anymore, this why I need thing for them, but Digigrade are not a problems, but I like Pawpads, but I couldn't afford them for my suit, neither cause I might walk ofthen with them so I would scrap my pads which is not a good thing :/
I'm absolutely not into humanesque plantigrade feet. I love when the furries have REAL feetpaws of their fursona. You're a cat? Have cat feetpaws. You're a dog? Have dog feetpaws. When I see furries that have human feet, I find that ugly personally. I prefer when they look like animal digitigrade paws with pads, the way it should be.
Totally summed up my opinion about most of it. I don't mind plantigrade feet, but not humanoid designed. If it's five-toed or has the human-inspired look about it (such as four toes but the inner-most is biggest and gets smaller from there, like on a human), then I am not interested. Digitigrade paws generally always look pretty nice as well, so they're good with me, too.
As I posted above, I hate human feet, no questions asked. Five-toed feet to me are really hideous (rare exceptions to that rule, like otters and a couple other mustelids, they can get away with it, but it's not preferred). But with that said, plantigrade and digitigrade both look sexy to me, generally speaking I just love it when there's less than five toes, three preferred. Fictional feet like those of Pokemon are the real hot corner for me, since that's how I really got into the fandom and into my foot/paw fetish. Pawpads also add to it, make it even nicer to look at, but I can handle without them just as well. Though I also can't stand when things that shouldn't have toes commonly (such as equines) are given them, especially when it's humanoid. That's just disturbing to look at for me.
I <3 planti. Human-style is awesome. To me, the best mix is when you can get a certain furry species such as a rodent, or avian, or reptile, since they can get away with having basically human feet but with scales (or at least a rougher texture) and claws/talons. I have that design for my sona, for example. Because that design is the best.
I've seen some species where it looks a little odd because it's not what I'm used to seeing--mostly anything that normally has hooves, like barefootstallion comes to mind. But even then, unusual isn't necessarily bad. My love for that kind of foot is strong enough that I adjust relatively quickly. :P
That actually reminds me of another character I have, my sona's sister. She's always had hairless, padless, rough-textured and clawed but otherwise human-textured extremities, even in species that weren't supposed to have them (looking something like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2853368/ back when she was a husky, and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8415148/ as a coyote.) In her case, though, it's actually supposed to look out of place; it's part of her character that she was randomly born with that kind of design mutation, and being the weird-looking one affected how she was treated in school, her self-image at the time, etc.
(And okay, yes, I designed her that way because it's hot, but I do actually treat it as a legitimate quirk and try to acknowledge how it affected her and everything too so shh)
but well.. There is an exception for my girlfriend ;)
