So they ban people from smoking it, selling it and making it yet they allow it in vending machines?

I am not a drug user.

It is long time to stop the war on some drugs, stop the violence and stop the insanity of locking people up for a weed that grows beside the road.

While I believe that the folks who put these drugs into their body are being pretty stupid, I class marijiuana as about as bad as tobacco. They need to end the holy war on some drugs. Legalize them. Licence them, tax the crap out of them just like they tax alcohol and tobacco at a few hundred percent. The millions of folks prosecuted and imprisoned for low level drug offenses will end. saving the taxpayers untold millions or billions of dollars. The taxes on the formerly illegal drugs will help us pay for building bridges and paving the roads.
