Can't access notes?

This is more of a clarification thing. I haven't been able to access my notes for a day or so (well i've been able to send one then it kinda fucked up) so if i haven't responded to your notes i just wanna say i have seen them but i cannot respond right now for some reason, i'll get to responding as soon as i can ^^ thanks for understanding!
p.s i'm using my 3DS to post online so that may be it.

I had the problem as well, I'd reply but nothing happens once I hit the send button, but that problem is gone for me =o

Weird. I'm not having any trouble. And I could post notes using a 3DS. Don't know why you're experiencing it. :/
