Shrink Acrylic keychains/charms?

I keep seeing these adorable shrink acrylic things and I've gotten a few at cons. I'd like to have some made up for the cons I go to to have them put on pencil bags and such but I can't find out ANYTHING about getting them printed. Does anybody have any info on these? D:

I've made formulas for this stuff. Since it's printable and I do ALL my work digital
and there is LOTS of trial and error but you can't really afford to do too much error since this stuff IS pricey
I heard that you should turn everything down to 50% opacity when you print it because when it shrinks it makes the colours all that much brighter. I also heard that you should flatten them right out of the oven because they curl some.
