Commissions Terms of Service
PAYMENT
>Paypal only unless stated otherwise.
>I only accept it in USD.
>Payment must be sent to bendahunter[at]hotmail.com
>Payment must be made BEFORE I start the commission.
>Must be paid within 7 days of ordering, or commission will be dropped.
>When sending payment, please make sure that you send the username as well, so I know who it is.
DEADLINES
>As stated previously, there is a 7 day limit between the time the commission is ordered and the payment is sent before I drop the commission.
>I will start the commission as soon as possible after payment is received. Often on the same day. If there is a problem, then I will tell you.
>There are no deadlines for when the work must be finished, but I will try to have it within two weeks after starting.
EDITING THE WORK
>For all art, I will show a sketch before progressing forward with the commission.
>During sketching process, I can make as many changes as required, but it would be preferred if majority of changes could be discussed in a single conversation, as it is frustrating to both the customer and the artist to have to go back and forth fixing small pieces of the sketch.
>For digital art, you may ask for changes a maximum of two major and three minor changes after lining has been completed.
>For traditional art, no changes will be allowed after lining process has been completed. It is recommended to take as much advantage of making changes during the sketch as possible. I will most likely communicate with the customer about color choice before proceeding if it is an issue.
CONTACTING ME
>Note me on FurAffinity.
>Send me a message on my Tumblr.
>Note me on deviantART.
>Email me at bendahunter[at]hotmail.com
>Ask if you need any other form of contact information.
COMMISSIONING
>Please provide visual reference. (ie reference sheet, some sort of detailed picture, etc) Textual references will not be accepted. Exception being design and/or reference sheet commissions.
>It would also be recommended to provide a brief description of the character's personality and background, especially if they will be interacting with other characters. It is not, however, required.
>No matured links on FurAffinity, nor 18+ links on deviantART. 13+ matured content links on deviantART and nsfw links on Tumblr will be allowed.
>I have the right to refuse any commission.
>I will not draw any kind of nsfw/mature art, nor will I draw any kind of fetish art.
>No constant requesting of progress updates or pestering about when it will be done.
>If the customer would like one of my own characters in the piece, it would cost the same as adding an extra character.
REFUND POLICY
>If commission is canceled because of any reason, a refund will be provided.
>If commission has been started, I may give a partial refund, depending on how far in the drawing process I am.
GIFTING
>If you are uncomfortable with an image somebody has ordered for you, notify me and I will take it down.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
>You may NOT edit the piece yourself unless given permission to do so.
>You may NOT copy and redistribute art for profit without buying the rights to the work itself. You may make copies of digital artwork.
>Commissioning means you are paying me to make the art, not for copyright.
>If it is a physical piece of art, such as traditional art, and it is in the customers possession, it can be sold for profit. However, it cannot be copied and redistributed.
>You MAY cancel any commission before said commission is finished.
ARTIST RIGHTS
>I can post art on whatever website/account that I wish.
>I own copyright of the image.
>I can deny any commission.
>I can put the work in portfolios for school. (I will notify you first, and will only apply to digital pieces. Traditional pieces would belong to the commissioner.)
