Ugh, I have this habit of first thing when I wake up to check my e-mail and check tumblr.
So I checked my email since I'm taking a break from my other tumblr right now and there were 3 rejection letters for short pieces I submitted to a magazine. They said "We highly encourage you to read through it again and revise."
And they said that for all three. So it was a generic letter. They must just send that to everyone they decline. The pieces weren't messy. I did read through them.
Just such a bad way to wake up. I've already been depressed as hell the past few days, anyway.
Ugh.

Hmh, that sounds rather rude. Like you wouldn't have read them... But don't give up, just keep on sending applications! Can be frustrating but you gotta keep going. :)

I know! I miss posting it haha, I'm at home in Maine right now and didn't bring my scanner with me (it's expensive, so I worry about it getting damaged during the ride) but I'll have lots to post this weekend when I get back to Mass! :3
