Seriously Sick - Fever - Need Help!

sinqusI have been having a seriously bad fever for the past two days, y teprature goes from 38 to 40 and doesn't want to go down, even if I a wearing seriously thin clothes and a wet cloth over my head, I can't eat anything since it comes straight back up a our later T_T the cough feels rather mucus'y and my headache won't go away no matter what I take...
A few seconds ago it was 40.3 Digrees [C].
Any advice? :(
I also sneeze, cough, vomit, cough up mucus from the throat >.< [Sometimes end up vomiting because of the gag reflex], Sweating no matter what I wear. >.<

I can't eat anything because of the fever, liquid or otherwise..but juice and water stays down @.@
what are those? o_o -googles-
When it comes to coughing...well, sometimes that can't be helped...maybe some kind of vapor rub? Or something that'll make a nice steady steam. I usually breathe that in sometimes just to break everything up to be coughed out
It really helps me with cooling down. Again though, it depends on your body, you might get sicker if you try that
