Face interview Part 1 Complete! On to part 2

So, I managed to pass the first face interview, so, now comes the fun busy work of double checking references, background check, and waiting for them to see the other couple of candidates, so, back to sitting on my hands and waiting for word from them.
Grats on not getting sent out the door on the first interview! :D As in, kicked out.
Yea, waiting can be a pain, but maybe you could follow-up on it later? Like, a few days to a week maybe? Usually shows that you do have interest in the job.
