Oh my, those green bird-like creatures do look like you!

Weird, huh? This makes 2 "Yosh-E-O-A-Likes" I've discovered in the past two years!

As I think, maybe I need to write Baby Books with Yosh. Maybe all these "Sightings" are a sign. :)

They do look a lot like you! And haha, oh wow, they were in a Shimajiro cartoon! That yellow tiger in it is known for peein' in front of the whole internet. 8D

Really? I had no idea. How interesting as, truly, I thought of Bosky when I saw the tiger for some reason. There's another episode snippit I saw where the tiger is welcoming a baby sister and, in it, you hear the mom say "Yoshi". :) Love it!

I also got showed a Potty Training video that shows the characters pooping and having a super-time doing it. The odds of that making through to the United States is in the negative percentile.

It's interesting how different the Japanese view "G" and "PG" rated things than we Americans. What is even more interesting is how the Japanese, in large, looks out for each other and there was little to no robbery and/or bad nature after that Tsuanami / Nuclear Power Plant incident. On the other hand, if that happened in the States, we'd have a live version of "Grand Theft Auto" going on.

Just so weird finding all these "Yosh-a-Likes"...

Weird, huh? Makes me wonder if, just maybe, someone has passed through FA and actually thought Yosh's character design was cool enough to make into their own, character design.

Heehee, I thought the same when a staggeringly Zee-Zee-like squirrel appeared on Sesame Tree a few years ago... but it's probably just that there are only so many ideas in the world. ^.^

Oh, and also, please do write a baby book with Yosh! I'd love to see it! *giggle*

I think I'll work on that as one of my next projects. :) Through playing with you, and others, I certainly have enough stories and concepts I could use to make a couple of Baby Yosh Books.

I would think that Yosh and the Hapos were both equally photogenic. But yay, this was a super cute find. I do hope to someday see a "The Adventures of Yosh E. O'Ducky and Friends Cartoon." That would be a blast!

I've actually got around to some thinking on how it would work today. It'd be geared towards toddlers and preschoolers and focus on understanding feelings, emotions, and basic communication / interaction skills.

I may write a little draft of a book. As it would be for that age, it'd be epically small, but I could put in some fun cues to illustrate what the page is to illustrate if it were ever made.

Would such an idea be okay to make with your character? I thought of renaming some friends, like Nishi, as Yoshies wouldn't fly. I'd likely make his character a Haposaur, along with other Yoshi characters.

Tacki, I feel, can stay Tacki as, well, your character doesn't look like a Yoshi and is distinguishable. :)

Hehe, it'd be super cool to be in a children's book. I give you my permission to use me in such a capacity. I agree with you too, Nishi would probably fit as an orange haposaur.

Just got done with the big group presentation at school so my stress levels are starting to go down. Now all I need is to finish up my portfolio and survive finals. I'm hoping I have more time for free-activity creativity at that point. *hugs*

The more I think on the concept, the more I think I'd need to change some names so they are friendly for toddlers / preschoolers. Like Yosh would be "Yoyo" as it is easier to say. Tacki, on the other hand, would be fine that way it is as early learners seem apt to names that end with a "Y" sound. :)

Between you and my other friend, I'm really excited to try and template a book, or two, out. I have a few characters in mind, too. These being Tacki, Nishi, Lighty, and perhaps one other. Goal being to keep it simple while having elements that focus on social skills. Hapo is "Friendship" and "Morals". :)

Oooh! Yoyo the Dino-Ducky would be a great name for a character. Plus, kids like yoyos right? In either case, it will be an interesting new world for you to play around with. Feel free to alter the spelling or whatever for my character. So long as he helps you accomplish your goals in the children's book.

Thanks, Tacki! *Huggles* As I am off work today for doctors' appointments, I just got done writing a sample of a "Baby Book" with Yosh. I used Yosh and Lighty. It is a "Make a Friend" book. If I do another concept, I believe I'll use Tacki for a "Playing Fair" / "Sharing" book.

Baby Books have to be uber simple, so I'm hopeful the descriptors make up for what is lacking in art. (Along with the fact I'm recycling a Gem work again) ;)
