Have taken pictures and contacted UPS about the damage done while shipping? They tend to be on the ball about that.

Read earier journals they denied my insurance claim when I was told to give it back to a person and ask to return it they wanted to charge me again fo have it shipped back and after 3 months of arguing they said pay the shipping or we trash it could not pay so they threw it away
