By saying this... I think its far from: Too late.
You found this out by yourself so far.
And if you can do that im sure you can fix it.
Just try and believe in yourself :)
Maybe sell some unused figurines/DVD's?
Just a simple suggestion.
And its hard to talk about yourself like this, but you did, wich makes you a strong person <3
Im sure you will pull through and get things on the right way again :3!
That money situation I know it all too well myself, saving up for a new apartment with half a year before I need to be out of the old one, that totally seemed like a GREAT idea, right? Luckily loans here aren't too bad and the loan is gonna be small.
Keep your head over water and you'll pull through. May brighter weather be heading your way.
Well first off: Wow i understand you know and see wherr both sides of thr story r coming from. I would like to say full heartedly that im sorry to hear this, but at the same time admitting this is monumental. I hope things get better for u and this whole situation is smoothed out.
I think you are in the same issue as my brother, and that is it isnt your job to care for your family, you are young and you need to do things for you and not them, if anything take this and learn to save for a car and school but not family, because you cant save them if you cant save yourself.
Again, budgeting is, sadly, one of those things most people have to learn the hard way. The point is, you are learning it; it shouldn't fall on you to have already understood this without guidance or oversight. And you know a lot of what you're being told doesn't really hold together. The basic point is, take this as a learning experience, but don't let it destroy you or drive you into a corner. Take it in stride, and keep moving forward like you've been doing since this crisis started coming to a head.
Listen to me. YOU. ARE. NOT. A FAILURE. Already you have much more courage to admit there is a problem at all. You're twenty one, I made the same mistake through till I was 24. Granted I had a job for the Army and didn't use it on commissions and such, but every monthly check from the Army was solely spent on myself. This is a learning step, seek out assistance from the system to keep you all afloat, contact the ACLU about how your housing situation is, reach out to the community (locally) to help you out.
PUSH through this, do NOT let it slow you down, learn from the mistakes and build yourself up again. Stronger and better. You can still be in the fandom and get commissions too.
The most important thing is to not give up. Not ever. For anyone. Never give up.
