As for other things, there seems to be an abundance of awesome and stylish rubber boots on your guests/boys/customers/slaves, so how about a boot polisher?
Get a boy and lock him up in a rubber bitch-suit with his cock poking out of the suit, an opening at the muzzle just large enough for his tongue to fit through, and probably a hole at the ass too because what's the point of a slave you can't fuck? Then chain him up near the door and put him to work.
