Upgrades & Gear for sale

Work this week was pretty Hellish, but I just had my first performance review. My manager will be conferencing me to discuss it in person but everything on the printed review was positive. Let's face it... I'm the ONLY technician of my kind the company has in the area. I have NO BACKUP. I am doing a good enough job that they like me and realize they have no one else available to do my job. This is the basis for Job Security. It's something I haven't had since... *blinks* ever. It's a nice thing to have.
So because of this, and since I am still able to live at home I've been able to upgrade most of my photography gear. And my Boat, and my Laptop & Tablet. I may look into investing that extra money into a hobby studio come this Fall which is another discussion all of its own.
So because of this, I'm left with gear I don't really use. It's not "bad" gear infact it was my workhorse for most of my photography 3 solid years.
This would be great for someone who wants to get into photography and doesn't know where to start, or someone who has a camera with the kit lens and wants something different to go with it. The camera has been heavily used but is in pristine condition physically. I take very good care of my gear.
Canon T1I 15 MP Body w 18/55mm IS kit kens, bottom grip and 2 batteries (still hold full charge and can go through thousands of frames without being recharged): $300
Canon EF-S 55-250 IS Lens (compact telephoto- was my workhorse tele for 2 years): $150
Tamron 18-200mm Lens ("walk-around" lens): $100
The whole Kit N Kaboodle: $450 (basically, you'd get the Tamron lens for free by buying everything)
I have the original box for the camera and the 55-250mm lens. I should have the manuals for the T1i as well. If interested send me a PM and I can work out all details there :).
All lenses will come with a UV protective filter on them and have all the caps for the body and the lenses. I'll also throw in an 8gb SDHC memory card with it so she's useable out of the box :)
(Also I have a boat for sale too, though this one is a bit harder to ship n.n If you actually do want a boat and are local... talk to me? But I'm not holding my breath on that one XD)

That is a heck of a good deal, but I use the Nikon system.

OP
Yeah, figure it would be a good kit for someone just starting out who doesn't have any gear currently. May have someone interested in the 18-200; even missing that lens its a decent deal.
