If your feeling that bad go to a doctor it's imparitive, I would not trust throes of random unlicensed people to diagnose you on such little and extremely general knowledge.

Go to a doctor bby, you can work on the bill in 10USD increments later. You need to fix your health first.

Water and bed rest. And if you can, try to eat little things like saltine crackers or toast, just so you don't die from lack of nutrients. Feel better! And please go to a doctor if this persists for longer than a couple days.
