Since we are so new, it's no surprise that we will make mistakes in terms of customer service, getting quotes out in a timely manor, loosing information and having to ask questions for things that may or may not have been asked or answered before. We are working very hard on becoming more organized and professional. Papa Otter and I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has commissioned us, sent us quote forms, watched us, commented on our work, spread the word that we are here and just have been all around supportive of our fursuit making efforts!

At the moment, we have been busily working on stream lining the quote process, payment options, the making of our fursuits in general, keeping current quotes organized and up to date on the information constantly coming in and all the other bells and whistles that come with it! And on top of that, we are moving this weekend! The move will give us our own work studio, plenty of storage space, convince to other jobs and it's just an overall new place that we can call home for the next few years as I finish school at the Art Institute.

As stated before in previous journals, I, will be switching from a full time job to a part time job and will be moving most of my focus onto my studies and fursuit work. This will be a stable thing until 2015 when I graduate (Which is only 2 years away OMG) with a bachelor's in Media arts and animation.

What does this mean for commissioners? This means I will be using 3D programs for proto typing soon! As I learn the various programs, I can easily create a model and translate it into fursuit pieces and such! We may also provide 3D models of what your suit will look like!

While some of this is still speculation, we will be trying our hardest to make it a reality! So for now, we are both very happy with the future of Otter N' Daughter and just how bright it looks.
