only problem is that some of them are well in need of repair cause some melted and body parts a little off cause i had a house fire in 2011 in october and the fire melted joints and arms are not in proper positions or legs are slumping...

kinda pissed that the box was in the attic.

Since now I did not found a single Pokemonfigure with the quality to make me buy it, I mean, Iv got that dragon from shrek, it has an amazing artwork but I did not understand why they not get one single Pokemon in that quality even if they all have so simple paintings....
Well since I have the same Problem with tothless from "how to train your dragon" i almost give up searching...

well these little takaratomy figures are pretty good. considering if you cna find them for a reasonable price. They're small but completely detailed. Though i think the best pokemon figures are the zukans and the new d-arts posable ones. but again they're very expensive so it depends what you're in the mood for.

i persoanlly like the takaras because they have a large selection. =3

finally its just no matter how they are paint the detail rate is improtant cause I paint them Myself, since Im better ;)

yeah sometimes the painting is off, but it's usually the case with mass produced figures. but compared to others, the takara tomy figures are pretty spot on.

takara tomy figures really fucking suck. i have only a single one i got as a gift.
the problem is they got a huge TAKARA TOMY CHINA sign making a nice hole in the figure, and on the other side of the figure, it says NINTENDO POKEMON
the keldeo one i have has those signs completely visible on each side of its belly. i would love if they were not there or were not so fucking visible

it's true but they're still really the only line that is trying to produce most of the pokemon aside from just ones seen on the show/movie. i wish they'd go the option of making stands and putting that info on those. i have a gallade one and because he cant stand in his pose they have this clear plastic stand you pop him into and it has all that info there instead of on the figure. And what's even sillier, the japanese versions of the figures now all come with these clip together rotating turntable stands. So im like....why dont you just put everything there?

And of course the american versions of the toys are too cheap to even give us the stand lol

Awww keldeo, i have that one. What's funny is, i also have his transformed version of the figure, and they put that licensing info on his tail instead and it's only slightly raised instead of stamped in so it's even less ntoicable. It makes you wonder who was in charge of these decisions lol

Only bothered to buy a Blaziken for 3D study purposes. The other merchandise the Pokemon Centers sell are worth more value, besides. :p
