So ya....
As an update on the whole injury thing I'm just starting to do normal pushups once more. I'm able to do about 5-6 before having to stop due to the shoulder and strength has returned in most of my arm/shoulder. There's a few last muscle groups that need some more work and the torn tendon has almost healed up so that's the good news!
The bad news is that I got drunk last night and puked in your left shoe before getting hungry again and chewing up your right shoe before getting the dog in trouble for it.
