We have now gained responses from your suggested artists for the group picture – those that have accepted are listed below.

We will now vote on who we want to create the picture.

The system to be used will be a proportional vote. Each member can choose a first, second and first preference. Your first preference gains 3 points, your second 2, and your first gains 1. You must make three choices – this enables us to get a clearer result. The person with the most number of points will be the person chosen to create the piece.

If there is a tie we will hold a second vote between those tied.

We will close the vote on Wednesday, 12th June (this date is fixed and will not be moved), or when all eligible voters (the cross foxes) have voted. Upon completion we will let you know of the successful outcome, and will ask you to provide links to a ref-sheet for your character.

The premise of the picture is as follows: a mountain scene, with the cross foxes taking a break from their hike, generally socialising, perhaps eating, and sitting on rocks. Start thinking about your poses, everyone!
