That's incredible! In both senses of the word...It's incredible that this man loves his animals so much <3 There's a very nice homeless man in my neighborhood with an adorable mutt named Lucky and he told me "She eats before I do".

And its incredible that some people have the gall to do that to another living creature. To both the homeless man and the rabbit. What gives people the right to think they can do that? I've been taking news like this pretty hard lately but i"m so glad it had a happy ending.

Oh, yeah - I probably wouldn't have posted the story if the ending were bad. But still - I could only imagine the shrill and blood-curtling scream that that poor bunny let out as he was being thrown into the river...

I guess the kid felt the life of the innocent rabbit - and, I'd bet, the life of his owner - wasn't worthwhile and let's have some fun with it. Isn't it interesting that assholes like that are typically the ones that have lives with no value?

I can imagine that too...and the poor thing probably was so scared! Both the man AND the rabbit!

It just blows my mind that someone can just "have fun" with someone else's life. Albeit, the rabbit's life was in danger and many people just think "oh one rabbit? There's plenty more" but its still a living creature with feelings and that's the man's pet for Heaven's sake!

I see this guy almost every week - he still has the rabbit and it seems okay.
