As I'm sure I've mentioned about four million times on nice pics, sometimes I wish I was a more traditional artist, rather than a writer. Writing's not particularly visual, you see. "Picture's worth a thousand words" and all that. I had this thought today that if I were an artist, I would draw a sketch of Vincent every day for a month, as a different person each time, and the only thing that would stay the same would be the green tongue, the only part of the pic in colour. I'm not really the commissioning type, and I'm not the type to bother artists to do such a project for free, and I'm certainly not going to subject you all to my horrible sketches. I know where my talents lie, and I accept the fact that my writing is a hell of a lot better than my drawing.

Please don't interpret this as a mind-game thing to guilt people into doing this for me, I wasn't kidding when I said I would never ask anyone to do it for free. I'm just venting really.
