To fix the line sensitivity issue, you need to open the Wacom drivers in the control panel. At the top there are three things, Tablet, Tool, and Application. In the Tablet area, it should show your Cintiq. Double click on the icon for the Cintiq. This should open a new preference pane which has an option for renaming the Cintiq, and a dropdown for tablet mode. Change the dropdown from "Standard Mode" to "Recognition Data."
