Last year a stone guy came to my apartment looking for "The Party" and knowing I lived next door to a frat I told him it's next door.
The guys at the frat were across the street getting subs, so the guy walks in... then walks out with their lap tops and consoles... WTF.

I hate to say it but I was wondering if this might possibly happen, ( of course strongly hoping that it wouldn't ). Those apartments do have a checkered reputation in the past and that neighborhood has been known for it's share of shady characters. The last few times I've been coming there some of your neighbours are downright creepy looking and every time I see them I get this unsettled "watch out" feeling.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the thieves were probably from the complex or nearby and are probably either drug addicts looking to fence some stolen property for drug money or pay off a gambling debt, its the same old story in that neighborhood over and over again. Sorry to hear about it nonetheless, I was hoping you wouldn't have this kind of situation happen, now you're probably going to have to lock that place up tighter than Fort Knox because the thieves who did this will think the place is an easy touch now.

On a short final note - Just put the computer back together again, there was a lot of dust contamination in the video card fan and around that area, more than I expected. Took out the RAM, cleaned it and all slote more than usual and I guess I can check for any driver updates tomorrow.

Again sucks to hear about the robbery, that neighborhood *shakes head*
