PLANNING THE NEWSLETTER

well. since theres actualy quite a bit of support for this idea
me and
xrainriekox have starting brain storming ideas for making it something that everyone can get into and take part in!
FIRST OFF
we plan on letting you all know who the artist in the the issue will be AHEAD of time so you can note us question youd like us to ask them and have answered for you!
which will come up in a little Q&A section along with (we hope) a section where the artist can talk about what they did to get where they are and offer helpful tips and hints to other artists!
Secondly!
we hope on having a section for upcoming con information such as dates, prices hotel bookings and even fun things to do during the cons!
and our third bright idea so far!
is to hold a contest from which we will choose 1 1st place winner and 2 other winners, second and third.
first place winner gets the picturee they entered into the contest as the cover for the whole thing!
since itll probably just be a blog thing atfirst this will be the first thing people see when they come to the page to read the letter.
and we will be plugging the artists who help us out ion hopes to get them more watches and more commissions and help out our community!

we should probably just keep that title.. cause even the abbriviation fits perfectly with what it is :O
It's awesome because it incorporates all forms of art, so you can do bits on musicians and writers, suit-makers, etc!
It's really an idea we came up with.... today. lol
Hmm... yes, yes that would make sense. I fully support this idea, especially the new artist alert thing.

And a section that reviews published furry books? If you ask kindly enough, publishers might be interested in sending you free copies of books so long as you write reviews and put up advertisements of them on the magazine.
i was also thinking about trying to contact dragoneer and see if maybe hed like to even just make it an FA newsletter for now, that would go out to our members until we get furthur along with it.
so many paths we can take with this xD
But I would say to have a section specific for each then. It's hard for written work to compete against visual work, that's why I said written first XD
but even so. its better publicity than the few people watching on FA
I'm waiting.
