Wow. I see the same arguements here as I do everywhere. Animals CAN consent to sex. It's more obvious with the male animal than the female, though the female animal CAN show signs that she wants sex. I knew someone who had a female dog that was in heat. She came up to me, tail raised, and looked back at me. If that wasn't an invitation to sex, then I don't know what is. And no, I did not do anything.
If animals can't consent to sex, then animals constantly rape each other, as sex without consent is rape. It's the same tired argument. Nothing wrong with interspecies sex, just like nothing wrong with interracial sex, or same-sex sex. I find it funny that people say that it is always rape, nothing more. My friend who is into sex with dogs told me that most of it involves a male animal (usually a dog), who is poking his weiner in one of the holes on the human body. Besides, an animal that absolutely does not want to have sex can easily tell the human that it doesn't want to more than a human can. Hooves, teeth, claws..... very effective means of conferring their desire to NOT have sex.
If you think less of people who participate in sexual contact with animals, and consider them rapists, then that's your decision. I have no problem with such a thing. I have no problem with gay sex. I have no problem with interracial sex. I have no problem with BDSM, or some of the other sexual things that people do. I DO have a problem with the people who do sexually abuse animals to get off, as they give those that don't a bad name. There is a difference between bestiality and zoophilia/zoosexuality. Zoos (those that practice zoophilia) care about their animals, and would do nothing to harm them. Beasts (those into bestiality) only care about the sex. They will trespass into someone else's property and have sex with their animals so they can get off. They will become friends with someone so they can have access to that person's animals so they can get off. They share their animals and treat them as living sex toys. Those are the ones that give Zoos a bad rep. Those are the ones you hear about in the news. Those are the ones that cause lawmakers to outlaw sexual relationships with animals.
But true Zoos care about their animal partner as humans care about their's. Actually, they seem to care more about their animal partner than most humans care about their human partner. With the shorter lifespan of animals compared to humans, Zoos experience the death of their partners often. More so with dogs than with farm animals.
Sorry about my reply being long winded. I just hate when people refer to zoos as sexual predators and rapists. I will admit, there are some that are like that. But saying that is the same as saying all blacks or hispanics are in gangs and have been in jail, all asians are math geniuses and know karate or kung fu or tae kwan do, or other such stupid stereotypes. Before you judge a lifestyle, get to know a few people that are into it. You may be surprised that it wasn't exactly what you thought.
And if anyone was wondering my stance on this? I chose the first option. If you think I am some vile evil corrupt disgusting thing, that is your decision. If your opinion of me has changed for the worse, then so be it. Just remember, there are people out there that think sex between two men or two women is vile and disgusting, and same with sex between a white person and a black person.

Besides, what happens in my bedroom is of no concern to anyone else. I do not harm my partner, and when she tells me no, I respect her decision and don't press it any further. Hate me, delete my reply, ban me, flame me, or praise me. Whatever you wish. Just know it won't change who I am. I won't change for anyone.

This is the one thing that absolutely infuriates me. It is the one thing I WILL NOT stand for in my fandom. Do it if you will (sick freak) and shout it from the rooftops (till you get arrested) but DO NOT TIE IT TO FURRY.

Anyway I don't those things are not for me, but I respect other people's tastes(so say it in a way) while them don't affect any live form, I hope FA don't ban you are right to rant about it.
